Most of my classes take place in the studio
It is a welcoming space for everyone, nestled in the heart of Irby Village our studio is accessible first floor sandstone building dating back hundreds of years with free parking in our private car park and around the village.
All equipment is in the studio from mats, rugs, cushions, bolsters, blocks, belts and chairs or large balls to make your practise accessible and comfy. You may wish to bring a blanket as well.
The studio has a free car park right next to the studio, easy access, on site toilet and kitchen space. You can also easily get one of the buses that come from Liverpool or Chester and stop outside the studio (471/22) or walk or bike! There is also a real log fire and lots of fairy lights!
